How did your venture start?

When I was in my 3rd semester I was working with many national and international organizations at that time. I realised that many law students who want to publish their research papers were unable to do so because of the high publishing costs. This is when I thought of starting my own journal, the idea was that students will be able to publish their research papers for free or nominal costs if at all.

I shared this idea with one of my close friends who really liked this idea and partnered with me and starting this initiative.

How did you handle your personal and professional life together?

The credit for this goes to my team, who constantly support me.Without them I would not have reached this level .

I usually woke up early at 4:00 am, start with my studies and after that I would attend my lectures. Apart from th is there I was also doing an internship. So to be honest it’s all about time management. According to me if you are able to manage your time only then can you become successful person. If from Management we remove T than it would become managemen and if we remove N than it would become manageme. So first of you should manage your self, ONLY then will you be able to manage others and that’s why I feel that management is an a rt.

What are the challenges you faced when you started your own journal?

Everyone faces challenges, but you have to get through them. I had my editor-in-chief to help me out in this.

What are your plans for the future?

Since I am still a student I am not sure. The only thing I am sure about is that in 2020 our startup is going to bo om. We will try opening more startups to help students.

What motivates you to work more?

My mom and dad always support me for my work. Their trust is everything for me. I still remember how many of my family members would taunt my parents that I am not going to be do anything in life, but look I proved them all wrong.
